Quirky as it sounds: "Menopause, the musical. " , i think it could be interesting.
The quirky comedy will be staged at the DBS Arts Centre (home of the Singapore Repertory Theatre) between Friday February 6th and Wednesday February 21st.
Featuring a number of popular hits from the 1960s, 70s and 80s, the show explores female-related mid-life issues in a uniquely tongue-in-cheek manner.
The show is set in a department store and follows the chance meeting of professional, a housewife, a hippie earth mother and soap actress. The four women nitially fight over a black lace bra but then embark on a heart-warming and hilariously funny discussion about their menopausal experiences.
