The driver of this bus apparently had to wait for 20 minutes for this man to finish his phonecall, before he could drive off from Jurong East Interchange.

"I was out celebrating my daughter's birthday at 3pm on November 11 and decided to board bus no 78 from Jurong East Bus Interchange.
"We were waiting for like half an hour, and I saw this guy walking here and there chatting happily on his phone.
"I noticed a bus driver standing there for like 20 minutes staring at the bus.
"Then I realised that he was the bus driver of Bus 78 and he was waiting for the man to remove his leg from the bus as he was going to drive it.
"It was funny, everybody was shouting, 'Oei, go away lah, the driver is here...!"
Why the Indian man want to delay people time ?

Can't the bus just move without asking that Indian man to remove leg? If that Indian man is injured, it is his own fault.

Why can't he just stand somewhere else, must stand behind the bus.
