Only 14, yet boy has tattoos on both arms. Can tattoo artist be punished?
STOMPer FattyMama came across the blog of a 14-year-old boy, who had tattoos on both his arms. She wonders if the tattoo artist who was responsible for the tattoos can be punished.
Said the STOMPer:
"I came across the blog of a 14-year-old boy who had tattoos on both his arms.
"Is there any law to punish those tattoo shopowners for tattooing on underage teenagers who are not even 18?
"Should the government or the relevant authorities take any action?"

FattyMama is crazy mom.
But it is a fact that when the tattoo is done too young, is not good. Because the kid will grow up and this will stretch the skin. For a few thousand dollar tattoo, it will go out of shape, and ugly within 3 years. I think it is dammed stupid and the tattoo artist is not very eithical, and should have informed the boy.

Under the Singapore statutes, a tattoo artist offering a service to 14 year old boy, is not a chargable offence.
However, the acuser, FattyMama, who has interfered with the boys' privacy, on top of that posts his pciture without his consent to stomp with is a public website is a chargable offence.
