13-year-old girl proudly displays pictures of smoking on blog. Legal?

Unwanted pregnancies are caused by human desires, so it cannot be termed under Negative effects. Do you know which being in the world has aids first, if I can rmb, I think it's the apes or chimpanzee ? Not sure bout herpes though...

no its totally morally incorrect. However, kids these days are having sex at a much younger age. So im not surprised of underage smoking at all. And schools did teach no smoking and mentally sound parents would teach their kids the adverse effects of smoking. But I think it is more of a social problem rather than pushing the blame on schools. -

as i grew older I began to think that having sex isnt a wrong thing. Its protrayed as a wrong thing by parents who wants to protect their children. While the chinese are saying that u r no different from beasts if u enjoy sex, the japanese are not suppressing sex -
