Bicycle hangs dangerously on tree for 3 days

STOMPer Lyn said this bicycle had been hanging precariously on a tree at Paya Lebar Way for three days.

She said:

"I saw this on a tree in front of my block at 91 Paya Lebar Way.

"This bicycle was thrown down and was hanging on the tree for three days.

"Nothing has been done by relevant authorities on this killer litter."
