Newton parking lot snatcher's weapon of choice: Dustbin coverA parking lot snatcher has struck this Newton Circle carpark. His weapon of choice: a dustbin cover.
STOMPer Damien, who saw this strange sight at the carpark at about 4.30pm today (August 18), said:
"I was trying to park my car when I saw this lot being reserved with a dustbin cover.
"I suspect a stall owner from one of the stalls at the hawker centre must have been the culprit because I don't think visitors would do this kind of thing.
"This was a public lot, not a season parking lot, so what right does this person have to reserve the lot?
"This carpark is frequented by parking wardens, yet why was still allowed?"Uniquely singaporean creativity to a new level.
