  A STOMPer came across this car that was parked on a sidewalk meant for pedestrians to get to the bus stop in Sengkang.
  
  Elan told STOMP via email today (Aug 20):
  
  "I was driving along Sengkang West down from Jalan Kayu before Block 439A.
  
  "I saw a blue car parked on the left side of the pavement which is used for the public to walk towards the bus stop."

  Cool huh?
