P-plate driver is such a clown: Parks in motorcycle lots and puts couponsWhat a clown, says STOMPers TheDirtSlangers, who spotted this P-plate driver who had parked his MPV in the motorcycle lots at Cantonment Towers, but made sure he put coupons.
Says the STOMPers:
"We were coming back from dinner, and were parking our car on the usual floor of our multi-storey carpark in Cantonment Towers, when we noticed this clown who had his MPV parked in the motorcycle lots.
"We got out of our car to take a closer look, and surprise surprise, a P-plate driver.
"How did people like this even pass their driving test when they can't even READ simple signs like M/CYCLES?
"Whatever.
"Less than a week later, we return to find the same P-plate punk parked at the EXACT same spot, and to top it off, he decided to put coupons.
"Hey hey now, wouldn't wanna get caught by the parking attendant for parking without coupons now would you, that's a hefty enough fine, but I'll just break the law by parking in the motorcycle lots since I have the IQ of a teaspoon.
"Seriously, where do these clowns crawl out from?"______________________________________________________________So much for learning and passing basic and final theory tests. Real joke...

everytime when i park at a hdb carpark and i see a car occupying the m/cycles lot, i will honk until the owner comes down and remove his/her vehicle. i can't stand people who park at m/cycle lot
