Driver parks illegally at Holland V to show off his Ferrari

The inconsiderate driver of this Ferrari left his car parked in the yellow box at the entrance of the carpark at Holland Village while chatting to his friend,says STOMPer PiccaDolly.
His inconsiderate and selfish behaviour obstructed the way for many motorists trying to enter the busy carpark.
PiccaDolly also says that the driver also revved his engine to show off when he got back into his car.
Angry at his behaviour, STOMPer PiccaDolly says:
“An inconsiderate show off driver, parked his car (so what if it’s a Ferrari?!) partially in the yellow box junction right in front of car park entrance at busy Holland Village.
“He did this during dinner time JUST TO collect money from the fruits stall owner at Holland V hawker centre.
“Can’t he afford to pay for parking in the car park? He didn’t give a damn about obstructing cars entering the carpark.
“Look at the long queue of cars having to keep to one side just to get into the car park.
“After that, cars honked at him and he still took his own sweet time to chit chat.
“When he finally got back into the car about five minutes later, he revved his engine just to show off again before driving off.
“Mega bad dress sense to add to that show off attitude of this old Ah Beng. Pathetic.” -
Nice 430s, stupid driver. Spoil the image of the car.

Send photo to LTA. He will get fine but probably he is too rich to pay fine.
Btw, thanks for the photo, I will remember the number plate and if I happen to passby and its quiet. I will use 5cent coin and scratch a big word of 'FU*K' on it.

Look, he park there cos he didn't want to go into the EPS.
His position allowed cars to squeeze thru and into or out of the EPS carpark. Any further or nearer, he wld have effectively jammed up tt road. (note the cars parked beside at the other side of the road and the kerb infront.)
I am saying he is right. Since he had the money, he could have just gone into the EPS carpark ...
And seriously, without revving tt engine, the car wld move. The definition of ;revving' in the stomper sense is ambiguous. I still smell abit of sour grapes still. NO doubt the driver was being dumb ... -

No parking at any time except for immediate picking up or dropping off of passengers at this side of the road."immediate" is the word, how can he be right when the picture clearly showed it was not a "fast" and "quick" transaction.

But given that this joker has a ferrari, he can afford to pay the fine anyways.
Still fine the bloody bugger! We so much as park the car on the side (not obstructing any traffic) to wait for the wife, and we get a fine!
So much as come back late by 10 mins to the car after the coupon is due, we get a fine!
But rich bugger like him can get away with obstructing traffic. Hmm... I really wonder, is the TP gonna be doing anything, given the licence plate is clearly seen in the pictures.
Do you think they will send him a summons? How many demerit points he gonna get?
