SINGAPORE: Singapore now has its very own kids' club by the beach.
Costing some S$13 million, the attraction, called the 'Port of Lost Wonder' is Sentosa's newest attraction this year.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, S Iswaran graced the opening of the club on Saturday.
Located at Sentosa's Palawan Beach, the club has unique rules such as a hug for every child before entry to the club.
There is even a garden for children to try their hand at growing produce.
The club is already proving to be a hit with children and parents alike.
"It's
worth the visit here. I'm quite amazed and very pleasantly surprised
with the surrounding and atmosphere. There is a very party-like
atmosphere both for children and adults. It's definitely a good place to
come," said one adult.
"We're having a wonderful time. This is a
great new attraction. We are so happy to have something here for small
children where you can play... It's wonderful," said one parent.
The opening of the club is part of Sentosa's 40th anniversary celebrations.
The entry fee for a child on weekend is S$15 while an annual membership costs S$90.
