NXL = North Xpress Line
NAL = North Airport Line
Yes, it's a remake of my previous North Xpress Line. This time, I recorded announcements myself, and somehow replanned the entire route.
I referred to Google Maps and somehow traced out the map of both the lines so that they won't collide with buildings like the previous North Xpress Line did.
Description of Route:
It starts at an empty field where the future station will be in Boon Lay. From there, it turns up north, crosses the East West Line by above, and crosses the North South Line above in Choa Chu Kang. It then turns into Sembawang and makes a stop. The North Airport Line will have platforms but will skip this station. It crosses the North South Line again and make its way and follow TPE. Due to space constraints, the 2 lines will share tracks starting from there. The tracks will go underground immidiately after Sungei Punggol. The tracks will split to make another platform, and splits again to seperate the 2 lines. Both lines will have a stop here. The both lines will merge again so as to make trains easily return to Punggol Depot. They will split again and the North Xpress Line will make its way to Pasir Ris. Before it terminates, it will go above ground and will stop near the existing Pasir Ris East West Line terminus.
The North Airport Line will continue all the way underground and stops below the existing Changi Airport Line terminus.
Short Working Trips:
Every morning, 5 C251s (NXL variant) will serve NAL which stops at Sembawang. It uses the NXL platforms throughout until after Sengkang station, which it will continue to Changi Airport station.
For LTE, 4 trains will serve between Pasir Ris and will stop at Sengkang Platform C instead. Trains will turn back from there back to Pasir Ris.
In the evening, both the LTE and morning SWT schedules will be on.
Station Layout:
Boon Lay Station
4 tracks

Platform C and D for NXL (lower level)
Sembawang Station

Sengkang Station

Can I help you out in developing this route? Since I live at Sembawang. Also, this route is fictitious, so it will be easier to develop. I can also help out in developing the C251...
C251 is non-realistic rite? Correct me if I'm wrong.

C251 is Fiction one. (Just a side note: C251 may exist in real-life, but it is refering to some other projects by LTA and has nothing to do with our rolling stocks.)

Please ask him via PM / MSN.
Any updates? Like when will work commence, etc.
Weird, was expecting this thread to be locked due to inactiveness.
Well, here come the updates, not really major ones though, had a hard time doing the converging tracks yesterday (and I haven't really completed them for the other side).
End of the line
Future location of Sembawang Station
Where NXL and NAL Merge

Nice scenery, it will be a rough idea on how to build Tuas Extension.

I think that the track junction in the last picture, the curved tracks are a little too steep.

make it extend forwards more. Use 100m - it helps with high speed turnouts.

They look steep because I go far place then zoom in
