Yes, the Middle Platform in Paya Lebar leds to dead end without any crossover (And there is a converge curve in order to shorten the gap between the other 2 tracks)
For Dhoby Ghaut case, it is just plain simple X-shaped crossover. You may want to refer to CGL for an example.
You can search google for "One Maps" and go to the website. They have the train sectors and crossovers there. It is completely free, although you would have to find out the slopes yourself. You can go on the actual circle line and pen down the slopes because the tunnel is illuminated. Just a suggestion!

Do you mean http://www.onemap.sg/index.html?
The disadvantage of this compared to Google Earth, is that the distance does not show in a easy way, unless you use a ruler on your computer screen and calculate it based on the given scale. There is no built in tools to do that. Google Earth, on the other hand, has such tools, and user can even draw a path along the track and do it. But then Google Earth has no information on underground sections.
ok. willischong is the co-developer.
[MOD EDIT]: Need more clarification / progress updates before can confirm such news.

Apply Secondary 1 Geography skills is enough (I'm not indirectly insulting you, but it's true it's geography skills)
Take a string (Any string is good) and measure roughly the distance.
Then, from the start, to the end of the "section" of the string, measure it with a ruler.
Then use the ruler to measure to the scale, then ta-da! You got your distance.
It's more tedious work, but since it's Circle Line, too bad :D

You never ask me about this. :S
[MOD note]: This is why the original post has been "delected"

HAHA must be trying to trick people into thinking that you will be co-developing this route!!!

I understand, however, this is a computer, I do not want to scratch my screen!! (Especially using compass) BTW, I do not have a string apart of a bit from some of my clothes.
BTW, that might be needed, even for the NSL or EWL, coz both also got underground sectors. Not only Circle or NEL.

I didn't ask you to use your compass though.
On 11 May, I will start developing the first project on the SMRT Circle Line from Marymount to Dhoby Ghaut. I am ready to start my project.

No crossovers seen, though it helps to have info on the distance between the tracks.

There is a ruler there. At the top of the page, there are 4 circular buttons. Choose the third, Tools, and select Measure.
Not bad. I shall try to use my 100% skills. They will need my help soon.
So what tools should i develop the CCL?
Originally posted by Wanmah 10:So what tools should i develop the CCL?
What you mean?
my applications to make CCL
Use notepad to do the codings. Then, save it xxxx.csv. the xxxx is the file name e.g. Circle line.
Very hard. I need a co-developer to help me with this.
My project will start now. Put it to in progress.
Co-developer? I think for now you have to work alone because almost all the developers are busy with their routes.
ok. hope my project will not massive fail!
Anyway, wish you good luck for your route!
There's another way to build routes, but fully not recommended. It is ... RouteBuilder.
If you plan to use that, then please, master it first. It's very complicating.
...
Give up? Then hand-coding then, like the majority of the developers making routes! :D
And good luck too!

Lol when samuel send mi the route of the pre-release i was like ok, m i suppose to do hand coding or RouteBuilder ?

Handcoding. RouteBuilder cannot open CSV routes straight away.
