We gotta wait, they are still modifying the route or the train, moderators are allowed to
download the file as its only for DEVELOPERS, i'm not one, so I didnt get it,
please be patient, it will soon come, I also waiting for it, but no choice but to wait,
its a very GD PIECE OF Work Anyway, Good Luck On The Additions on Trains and
Route.

It's just a route from Kovan to Dobhy Ghaut using a C151 ( since there's no other train).

Totally unrealistic. 1, the Alstom Metropolis C751A on the NEL use overhead canternaries and the C151s use 3rd rail. 2, NEL is an automated line, why do you need to drive it. 3, Trying to get the rivals to work together......In real life....NEVER!
Anyway, as proof, show us some screenshots!

One slight problem though......I just started coding it...

Wait, regarding about the 3rd point is not so, getting rivals to work together in Japan does exist before and since when they are the extreme rivals like I must kill u or sort of. (So a co-operation is possible, just that our rail structure dont allow)
For Japan railway issue, please ask E5 or the new train forum moderator.
3) Rivals will work together. For what else other then $_$?
1) Imagine C151 fitted with Pantograph for OHLE collection...
2) CM mode.

I dont understand this:

1) Just talking nonsense... Because I was thinking of newer trains running third rail in UK's mainline - they have a recess in the roof in case there is a need to convert them to run off OHLE aka overhead cantenary aka overhead lines... Of course, the tunnels dimension are different - the SMRT lines need more space in terms of width for a third rail and the NEL need more space above for overhead lines...
2) Controlled Coded Manual - Meaning the driver runs/drives the train manually by taking over control of it him/herself.

C151 train does not use the overhead cable like NEL train (Try to see on the front / back mirror when it is on the station when you board NEL)
CM Mode = Coded Manual Mode such that Train Officer / Train Drivers (To put it simply) drive manually (C151 is semi-auto, such that most of the time TO just see for special cases such as construction / obstruction / bad weather etc)

My error - it's Coded Manual.

Great, but I have a few questions:
1: The video has some weird sound on C651, is this a train problem (Need improvement) or video problem (Known as lag a bit PC)
2: How do you guys know the speed limit for each track sector?
3: How do you guys know CGA is a cross and not like one in Choa Chu Kang / Pasir Ris
4: The C651 seemed to me left the triangle hand grip on top.
5: In (Open)BVE, is it possible to create a Changi Airport - Pasir Ris direct train (It need a reverse in Tanah Merah)
Here comes my train!
Here's your answers, or at least states what I will personally do...
1: The video has some weird sound on C651, is this a train problem (Need improvement) or video problem (Known as lag a bit PC)
Probably train.dat, but engine/motor sounds are to me the hardest part to do for the train.
2: How do you guys know the speed limit for each track sector?
Guesswork and GPS devices?
3: How do you guys know CGA is a cross and not like one in Choa Chu Kang / Pasir Ris
Same way you found out Choa Chu Kang is a V shaped crossover - look out of the window?
4: The C651 seemed to me left the triangle hand grip on top.
Explain further? I don't get what you mean...
5: In (Open)BVE, is it possible to create a Changi Airport - Pasir Ris direct train (It need a reverse in Tanah Merah)
A "mock" one. Basically you have to select Jump to Station, then CHANGE ENDS or something like that, but that, be more exact, is a "non-standard" way, which creates another station simulating the "CHANGE ENDS" functionality further down the road - a "unintended" use of the track.sta and track.station commands.

Objects are harder to do than motor sounds la.

Motor sounds are harder when it is a non-fictional train... Need record, cut, save, train.dat, run, fine tune, run, fine tune .etc...

Objects are so hard to understand......
I find them easy to understand, but hard to construct. Last post about this here, the rest goes in the crapbox...

But CGA is on the underground and always cannot be seen clearly. (Pasir Ris still can see while the train move slowly and CCK better, go LRT there and see also can)

I am trying to say is it because the C651 does not have the hand grips (The triangle thingy that standing passengers will put their hands on top, possibly .... emitting some armpit odour during peak hours?? joking la) is the reason for it not to be released for casual players?

So this is kinda of hackish way that it does not natively support. Ok, but slight OQ (Off Question), If let say someday later when somebody / whole development team has done a full line, is it possible to remain that particular line intact for shortworking trips.
Example: If the whole East - West line is developed later and someone wants to do an LTE service for it, is it possible such that at Aljunied (Or Outram Park) after it showed the "this is the last station" or sort of and a player close the door and drive to Pasir Ris (Or Joo Koon / Any where within Tuas Extension in 2015)?

Listen. If there is total of 3 crossover pointwork sound, it is a X. If there is 2, it is a V.

Oh. Hand grips! Later, as it's kinda hard to code one.

Possible, but will take quite a lot of work...

Possible... nothing is impossible...

Erm... Interesting, I think you are detecting / hearing this on the train that is doing crossover, i.e. testing when approaching CGA or using the "EB" platform in CGA (So that it surely have to do crossover to cross to the other side.)

That's MY method, I don't know about other developers...
Actually the listen for pointwork method is not very accurate... =D
Originally posted by joeyfjj:That's MY method, I don't know about other developers...
So currently there are
1: V shaped
2: X shaped
3: TBS (Third Track)
4: \ or / single crossover (Something like one in Queenstown, Yio Chu Kang or Aljunied -- due to similarities except directional wise, I combined into same category)
5: 2 track merge into 1 (Like Jurong East middle platform or Ang Mo Kio next to Bishan Depot -- 2 tracks merged into 1 in the middle)
Any more crossover types?
