+ C651 exterior view = beginning around 10fps, after a while it goes to 22fps +/-.

My Computer takes around 1 min to load the whole ext and int before it goes back to
its normal framerate.

how come the c651 that i've dowloaded from this thread the exterior are all white and there is no interior? someone please help me. thanks!

The C651 exterior IS white.
There's no interior means that either your openBVE version is not the latest, or you're using BVE.

The first few patches are available for the BVE C651:
1. DELETED
2. Brighter overhead adverts

Yes, it can go up to P8, EMG, And B8, looks like the patch was wrongly done. Maybe? It can move but up to 92.87km/h and it will work till P4, and the brakes were very loose. -
