Originally posted by joeyfjj:1. That's the reason Jurong East isn't implemented.
2. [Track.Curve] Negative values indicate a curve to the left, positive ones to the right.
3. It's ATS/the safety system's job... See http://openbve.trainsimcentral.co.uk/develop/tutorial_ats.html , Setting up a route for the use of accidental departure transponders
1: .By changing the code to
Ground 1,.Height 9.back 0,.railtype 0;1,.sta NS1 Jurong East; 09.0700;09.0710;1;1;0;;;7;7;;0,
.railstart 1;-20;0;1,
.railstart 2;20;0;1,
will add a 3rd track and start from it. But the problem is the middle track goes down and split into 2. There might need to modify the .railstart to remove "extra tracks" or using .railstart 2;-20;0;1, and .railstart 3;20;0;1, where the one in bold is just an index for the Westbound and Eastbound platform respectively. (May add .railstart 4;40;0;1, for the new platform after JEMP completed) (And 0 is running track, 1 will be the one for "return trip" that has merged with 0 on approaching Jurong East)
Let's focus on pre-JEMP layout.
Here's a pic: http://joeyfjj.freehostia.com/imghost/JurongEast_BVE.jpg
Orange is rail '0', north-bound NSL.
Red is rail '1', the south-bound NSL.
Purple is rail 2, crossovers.
Blue is west-bound EWL.
Green is east-bound EWL.
Dotted means in station with platform.
6 Tracks.
And you need to specify the height too. I might do it-I might not...

Haha, I see. I do not know how to do crossovers and only know how to do tracks that parallel throughout (not all 6 tracks including 2 crossovers parallel throughout). Maybe I will wait for you (Or any other people who know how to implement it) or someone teach me how.
By the way, why focus on Pre-JEMP because it is going to be done by 2011 and can the people here expects the whole main line (North South and East West Line) route is completed by 2011 and after it, the route probably must change again?

Because "it is going to be done by 2011" and I don't have satillite imagery of that!
On a separate note, I think the signage in Singapore uses rotis.
EDIT - rotis is a font type, not in any way related to bread.

I have to say I don't approve of your language, and that it will be pre-PSD (platform screen doors) until some one (maybe me...) makes it.
Oh no, with the new platform at Jurong East, I doubt it'll be easy to camp at JUR anymore
Have to change venue in the future... CTH or RFP perhaps.

Oh no, with the new platform at Jurong East, I doubt it'll be easy to code it into BVE anymore
Have to change terminal station in the future... Bukit Batok and Marina Bay perhaps.
In the case that i have created some trouble, here is the image by forumer E5

I was more concern of recoding stuffs and avoid much hassle in future if it possible to implement it now and no need some people to call me someone who never use brain.
According to someone's logic Government (Leaders of company as well) also never use brain because they never know what their country (Company) would be after 10 years, 50 years and they do some planning in years advance.
Repeat post - See below.

Long-term Milestones
After this release, I might...
Projected Goals (1 being the highest priority)
- Extend beyond Kranji, in steps.
- Pre-JEMP Jurong East
- Implement more tunnels
- Add diverging/converging tracks
- Station objects/More detailed station buildings
- Underground PSDs
- Overground PSDs
- Pre-JEMP Jurong East
- Post-JEMP Jurong East
Or should I do Jurong East Pre- and Post-JEMP before going beyond Kranji?
Do Pre JEMP then beyond Kranji. (The next logical destination is Kranji - Yishun, but the minimal shortest should be Kranji - Woodlands)

1. No trouble, no trouble.
2a. I'll forward code it V0.2 onwards (Starting the route at position (say for example) 1000) so the extension can be coded afterwards.
2b. I agree.
3a. I do not agree. Let's keep this forum friendly and about BVE!
3b. Please ignore that unfriendly post and feel free to contact a Mod and/or (not recommended) a lawyer.

Jurong East First 1-0 Kranji And Beyond
Any more votes? Closing date tomorrow, 3:00pm HK/SG time!
I'm doing Yew Tee to Kranji first. It's half done already...
EDIT: Should I start a new topic?
Here's my logic:
Jurong East Pre-JEMP comes first, then PSDs, then JEMP.

PSDs looked more like station interior to me.
JEMP can base on E5's post but I forgot to ask him how he so sure of that (I drew from what I saw, but ppl said there is a return track so that there will not be a super cross over train -- that has a nick of North South East West Line, the link got details for that)
Sorry to interrupt your kind of conversation but I think you are kind of building on someone else's work which is by right, breaking the copyright law.
First of all, have you all asked the original maker of this route, jerryonhere, permission that you are building on his route? He can actually sue you if he applied copyright for this like what HK developers do.
Secondly, what makes you think that making a route is so easy? I believe jerryonhere had did his part on making the viaducts and everything. It's very hard for him and you are using his work. Think before you contribute.

But no definite blueprints/plans.
EDIT: http://www.lta.gov.sg/images/JEMP%20Annex%202.pdf also...

In reply to paragraph:
1. I take copyright issues seriously and I have seek his consent before this release.
2. I have - and I will provide evidence. Here's a portion of my WL Messenger conversation with jerryonhere... http://i747.photobucket.com/albums/xx120/joeyfjj/NslUr-Permission.png
3. I understand how hard it is, and it is an joint effort - I make and tweak, he review and double-check.

As long as there is permission given from me, it won't be too much of a hassle.
