has anyone ever taken colostrum and exercised ? whats the outcome?

I heard that it can help muscle tissue recover more quickly after intense training. In addition, it also can stimulate immune factors, reducing the likelihood that illness will follow environmental and physical stressors. Colostrum can also increase lean muscle mass.
