its blessed to be awakened to the truths...there are good and bad truths ....as like the good and evil side of humans....
truths encapsulated in hatred are the saddest truths of all...

Have you learned meditation from any Zen Master ? You need someone to guide you on how to meditate, it is not advisable to learn it from books or video clips. You may check the following link for any new meditation lesson. Currently, there isn't any new class but there's a crash course starting tomorrow (2 days course, see the link below). You may call 6849 5300 for details. Though the deadline for registration is today but I believe they accept late registration.

If you have already attended the meditation lessons, I believe you should not have problems meditating at home. What I do is off the handphone, tell family members not to disturb me and I lock myself up in the room when I am meditating.

Burning passion!
I know that I shall meet my fate
Somewhere among the clouds above;
Those that I fight I do not hate,
Those that I guard I do not love;
My country is Kiltartan Cross,
My countrymen Kiltartan's poor,
No likely end could bring them loss
Or leave them happier than before.
Nor law, nor duty bade me fight,
Nor public men, nor cheering crowds,
A lonely impulse of delight
Drove to this tumult in the clouds;
I balanced all, brought all to mind,
The years to come seemed waste of breath,
A waste of breath the years behind
In balance with this life, this death.
- William Yeats, Nobel Prize 1923
We must act out passion before we can feel it.
