I dunno where this should go around here but since I can't find my answer at SingPost web, I have to ask for the answer from fello Singaporeans.
Anyway, what happens to my mail if I posted it and then realized the postage rate for my mail's weight was wrong? I mean I got the wrong stamp for my mail weight (it was quite heavy) And my addressee informed me that he did not receive the mail.
Then, is there anyway I can retrieve that particular mail back? The mail was post last year, but not near a year old. It is not a letter, more like a trade.
Please no funny funny comments thank you, this is serious. Thanks in advance.

if postage is insufficient, the addresse may choose to pay for the balance otherwise most likely the mail will be returned to sender provided if there's a address provided for the postman to return..
if its posted by normal mail, there's no way of tracing it unless you opt for registered post that is..
for my case, they got return me, but that's only possible if you write your address
