Man.. singapore dog owners do not have time for dog walks even on weekend ..here;s what I withness
I reside in HDB flat in AMK and opposite near my block I got a bird eyes view of terrace houses..
House Gates are let loose and a golden retriever went out and walked down the sloppy hill stairs..the owner also act blur..come out later and trying to find the dog.
Why the owner don't walk the dog goodness sake...bishan park just opposite their house..very convenient..so lazy yet dun do it..no wonder their dog look for freeedom.
I wonder why owners are not more careful with their dogs, since more are getting lost -
maybe the dog had a tiff with the owner so it left home?
