Husky crying out in pain!

There is an article showing a Siberian Husky being beaten badly by a man Mr Pam. The husky belonged to his going to be wife's brother's.
The husky bite the woman named Ms Ong's hand after she was feding him and she fainted.
Then Pam tied the husky to the grille and beat it up with a broken pole, causing severe injury to the husky. The husky was in great pain and neighbours had to scream at him to stop beating it. The husky's front paw was broken and had to be operated.
Ms Ong's bro reported the incident to AVA and had Pam to pay husky's medical bills. Pam missed out on one instalment and Ms Ong's bro reported to AVA again and Pam was given warning by AVA.
Ms Ong fell out with her bro and was not on talking terms with him anymore. She even moved out of the house and missed the reunion dinner. She blames the bro for reporting to AVA.
No wonder AVA getting stricter about dogs ... -
I urged the dog owners here not to be abusive towards their dogs...this animals are not humans and hence should not be judged by our standards...
Luckily Mr Pam is not the owner or else there will be resentment towards him everywhere from husky lovers
