  eh... i jz bring him for grooming.. cos he dont allow familiar faces to cut his furs, nails etc..
  
  other than that, just bathing him myself, with medicated shampoo.

  I usually groom him, myself.
  ill bathe him and cut his nails.
  ill bring him sometime to a professional groomer where they will cut his fur.

  mine too.
  
  u dun cut too much,
  abit by abit.
  
  hold her paws firmly and get another person to distract her with a treat and hold her head firmly, dont let her look at u cutting the nails.

  mine doesnt work at all, i havent even take out the nail cutter, he will duno hide where.. like got 6 senses...

  then stop and cut again.

  Dog sense of smell very good.

  they increase the license fee for male unsterlized dog from $14 to $70
  is ridiculously "OVER"!

  i think is over lor.. i have friends who parents decide to give the dogs away becos of the drastic increase.
  
  Some dog owners may not have extra cash for this increase, is like 5 times higher.
  
  i tink instead of reducing abandon dogs, it will result in otherwise.

  i complained them b4 oso.. they say they sent me reminder on the license fee.. but i din received!
  
  they then sent an officer down to my house.. act like police catch thieve; the officer has a super bad attitude. then fine me for late payment.
  
  complained oso no use, they din waived off the fine. Actually i dun mind the fine, what i dun like is the attitude of the officer.

  my mum always pays it on time.

  not all dogs owners are rich, some just purely want to give abandon dog a home. Thus they may have set aside an amount of $ to keep the dogs. With this increase of 5x the original fee, some may not be able to afford.
