Skyscanner’s new tool is going to help you plan your holidays like a pro
Planning your annual leaves around public holidays means you’ll get to go for longer trips without the extra guilt. But with so many co-workers contending with you to black out similar periods of time, the only way to get your desired dates is to be ahead of the game.
Enter Skyscanner’s newly launched tool: the Public Holiday Planner. True to its name, the tool grants users a full view of all public holidays throughout the year and provides options for users to automatically calculate the amount of leave they need to take for the trip, maximising their annual leave allowance.

Not only that, the tool also searches across airlines and online travel agencies to find the best flight deals over official public holiday dates. To find the best bargains, users simply have to select their preferred departure and return dates. Search results are automatically sorted by the cheapest flights available for those days, which providing destination inspirations for undecided travellers or those on a tighter budget.
If you’re itching to get out in April, Skyscanner has done the legwork and shortlisted the top five cheapest destinations for a Good Friday getaway from Singapore.
