Then how come Japan can be high tech industrialised country? Only countries with english speaking population can be advanced high tech industrialised country, for example Singapore.

Eh its cheaper to go japan free n easy...
most japanese knows a bit of english mandatory to learn but little practice n japanese r shy as they afraid they pronounce wrongly tts y there is this awkwardness but japan is a beautiful country, i have been visiting yearly since 2006, sometimes i visit 2 times a year!
people are v v v v friendly
but DO NOT GO by tour group, you will see minimal

most expensive is Y598 but souper big portion cheapest Y298
supermarket sell obento max Y398
if u eat at ippudo value meal is Y1,300 but different places selling differently, if u eat at Ginza of course it is expensive
there are so many places to eat in japan so it is not tt expensive...
there is also kazuo katei, yoshinoya and equivalent...
Rem japanese use fresh ingredients unlike SG...
Choose n read up b4 u go japan, there are lotsa GEMS around waiting to be found in Tokyo...
