Because This whole world that i never seen MOST of it excites me. Really curious. Those lavitation Rock, nigara falls, south africa savannah, Those clear beaches, mountains and so much more.. if possible, even galaxies. Is it possible to start this never-ending journey at the age of 25 or around there? I'm not bragging but i'm really energetic, i dont fear such small things (bugs, heights etc) and i got full of curiousity in this world we standing xD. Oh and make friends along the way :3
I heard this quote from somewhere,
"Each day
Counting up the minutes, till I get alone
Cause I can't stay
In the middle of it all, it's nobody's fault, but I'm
So alone, never knew how much I didn't know
Oh, everything is uncharted
I know I'm getting nowhere
When I only sit and stare like
I'm going down
Follow if you want
I won't just hang around
Like you'll show me where to go"
You can travel at any age, but its better be over 18 with a valid credit card, opens a whole new world of possibilities.
really? =.=. u need credit card to do this? >.<

$1.80 is all you need. Take 160/170. But then you have to apply for a passport at $100 at ICA building first.
TS, i really encourage you to fulfill your passion for travelling and to go... it really changes your worldview and your outlook to life... in fact if you can, live overseas rather than stay in SG... i have met many SG people living overseas and despite some complaints here and there about the places they are in, i would say that most truly enjoy having the opportunity to be living a different life elsewhere... we only live once!

i wouldnt recommend this if ur doing this alone, esp if ur a female....
yea lols. well i dont quite like staying at peoples house but thanks for the suggestion dadood ^^. thanks coffeebreak ^^.
Because i wanna skip on different location so staying at a house is kinda awkward u know for just one day. I prefer to sleep under the stars and of course if there some people i bump into during my journey are welcome to join me :3.
so like seriously guys, credit cards? master card? i just need these?
BUMP!!!!!
bump during the midnight???
because i may not be online tomorrow morning =w=. so i bump now >.<
"Tomorrow morning" or "later in the morning"?
I encourage you to travel.....especially if you are young.....its a good opportunity....
Of course later on, you still have chance.....but there is nothing like travelling when you are young.....you have more energy and more curiosity......and besides you have less commitments......
For starters the most important thing for you is......a travelling companion......
Female travelling companion......a good friend or a sister.....
Travelling alone and "making friends along the way" is not advisable because your personal safety may be at risk.
Good luck.
But it can be done alone, I've seen other ladies travel solo (some find companions along the way), but you need to be streetsmart and have your wits about you.
It's not too late to start although we have different purposes for travel at different stages in life.
A credit card helps because you can make online bookings. Carrying a lot of cash on your person is not advisable.
do people actually really starts to travel at that age? where they going to find that kind of money?

Those I've met started at the age of 18 or 19... and they work for it.
We have forumers here... quite a few who are already traveling here and there~~~
A credit card would be useful if you are travelling to 'many' different countries. I'd check the fees, associated costs and accessibility, if you are going to use one overseas. I think some of the other posts have also correctly pointed out that you might want to be mindful of whether you hav the money to travel or just travel off credit.....because the latter might leave you with a bill afterwards that might be hard to clear.
Find a travel buddy if you can, but otherwise you'll probably meet many others on the road. As a lone female traveller, be a little more wary.
Travelling is the stuff.
