Batam Trip

  Has anyone been to Batam recently? I will be staying at Harris Hotel with my friends. Heard that it's a little out of the way from the city areas for shopping! Any idea what is exciting and interesting to do there except massage?! I will only be staying for a night so have to maximise the time! haha

  well, im from batam and i know batam very well.

   

  yea, it's quite far from nagoya town. enjoys ok.

  2D1N best is if you go w those tour agency, which provides accommodation and food in the package, nothing much to do in batam except for water sports near harris and shopping if you like to buy chiong branded stuffs, not to forget the cheap and fresh seafood. if you go w tour everything is inc ferry, hotel, food, land transfer etc etc for like $120 or so for non peak which i just went there few weeks back!
