Planning a trip to either Hong Kong or Taiwan for 6 days. Not a shopping person, would be going over for amusment park, food, sights, adventure and fun(ok maybe alilllll shopping).
I personally have been to Hong Kong so I am currently more bias towards going to Taiwan.
Anybody who has been to both places share their experiences? Please dont end up discussing bout the standards of girls la, not interested in that. Thanks!!
girls in tw are cute and friendlier
BASKET UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!
just came back from hk. loved it. but planning to go taiwan next. so i think you should go taiwan too
it is not bias, need to try different things
I have been to Taiwan twice.....i think if time permit taking bus ride although it is long and hard but may capture some of the nice scene....particularly in the South East part of Taiwan.
actually obvious answer is dai wan, since u been to hk b4
then u can decide which one u wanna go for 2nd, 3rd trip
Taiwan for me... I have been there, but not hong kong. But if you ask me i would say tai wan. Firstly, from those hong kong shows, its seems to me that hongkong is all about shopping and eating.
I would prefer taiwan because taiwan is larger, and has more scenic sites to visit. You can go to the Jiu Fen there, and you will find nice scenes cause its a highland area. Go to all the night markets and walk around and eat their taiwanese snacks.
Go to the si men ding, walk around until midnight shops still open, go to their underground pool parlour and play your hearts out.
Take the train and enjoy their bian dang, its damn nice. Take their mrt go area and shop. their water parks are great. Their girls wear makeup and huge ear rings and take to the water.. which is quite stupid.
stay at si men ding and u get to see celebrities. The other time I went i saw Zhang Dong Liang, Xiao Zhong, Yan Xing Shu, and Yang Cheng Ling!!! Yang Cheng Ling damn Chio!!!!
Hahahah I am not exactlyyy very excited to see Cpop stars.
Is traveling around Taiwan a chore? I heard if u travel from one place to another, it's pretty taxing(time wise) and in essence, you will waste more time traveling than sightseeing/playing.
I think if i were to choose HK, Macau and Shenzhen will be more of the highlight of the trip, not so keen in mainland HK.
Taiwan.... my brother been there and he loves the ye shi there.
So i'm kinda hmmmm..... undecided.
