When to book tour packages for Dec?

  I checked their website all the packages untill oct only. When can I book for Dec holiday?

  That one is by proportion not by common sense. Just want to find out when do people usually book their Dec holidays.

  The offers will appear at the next travel fair in August or September. If you go it alone however, earlier is better especially for winter destinations.
