Well, is bcos i seldom at home or when i reach home is mostly wee hours or i overseas. when both of us at home,he wake up i sleeping & its been this way for years.
Tat day he in his room using desktop then i in living room use my desktop.he on music quit loud then my mom ask me message him to turn softer wait ppl complain as we live hdb mah.
Now he move his desktop next to my desktop in living room, cos he gonna play lan wid his frend (he & his frens dunno y so crazy bout computer de,always see them say the overclock/watercooling & bring computer to each others house to play game test test etc)...

During the days when Fire,Canto,Sparks,Havana,Studio East,Soho,Octogan, i chiong underage. Then i buy disc to listen at home but never able to get the same type of music effect at home.. then years later i soundproof a room & got some meaner sound equipment trying to recreate the sound at home...then there when shit happen & i stop.
Pillow grow up seeing me on music loud loud,crazy over sound eq...Somehow i influence him but lucky he never learn my bad things like come home in blood or become pighead or go hospital see me> which is a good thing & i always ask him not to folllow in my footstep, he must study alot, dun like me PSLE only,i sometime see forum or shoutbox ppl talking got so many word dun understand at all, still hv to ask him what's the meaning..lik type tis mes also take me very long cos i dunno the spelling, hv to think & type..worst case is use microsoft word to check spelling or dictionary when i working.lol
So years later, he trying to furfill the dreams which happen to be his dreams too.(to recreate the disco sound at home)...which is somehow a teadious part, buy them is already $ factor, the headache part is to hv re do & soundproof the room & how to tahan moms nagging if we try the 40-50hrz @ 100+ db..even if buy, he cannot blast too loud, then cannot blast defet purpose..
EDITED: As for loudness, is because to get the "correct sound & feeling" hv to go loud.. its lik er...to feel the power for low feq is very shiok, hand hair all can stand de..listen like only can grin & smile de.. dunno how to tel you.

As for his music taste is cos he 1st like those 50 hertz i created @ home for home theather...then 1 day i on too loud, burn my $ subwoofer..tulan then stop but not for long..my fren open pub & got recording studio, i bring pillow go see as tat time he learn piano..then also my fren fault, he @ pub on music abit got disco feeling then go his recording studio test sound tracks...which made pillow grin from ear to ear & made me want to waste money to recreate the sound again lor...but of cos lah, i say to pillow many years liao but...血汗$ lea...wil heartpain de...then keep sourcing till some years back i found in china during work..alot cheaper even with plane deliverly..its also the main cause when made pillow tis trip go china wid my dad.Then next few weeks my turn to go & maybe can buy liao.
Also because sometimes, i listen music, i keep tuning to the "sound" i like.. mayb that where he curious & got affected..lol then he only find those "sound" in some of the music that happen to be the same type/taste bah.
Well, if really wan to say, i more into clarity staging vocal then to low feq...but as that is a no ending money, i stick wid low feq only lor...get a $1.5k sub power by some professional amp then i get disco sound liao,very much cheaper then to get the clarity i once wanted to listen.

Anyway, family business is like that wan. Treat it as a holiday to see how the locals live lah. Not backpacking leh.
Can see pillow enjoying the trip. Or HE wont be posting pics or talking about it. Most of us. If its no fun, we wont even borther taking pics of telling the trip to others.
Come to think of it......someone took candid pics of me in KL. Wonder when I can get them.

Ya lor. hope he got fun..lol.. cos when i go always tel him the china food so many dish & big portion.. he can eat until shiok shiok..& let him know the 7 degrees celcious wid big wind blowing is how shiok..keep hv to find place to hide from wind ,,....hehehe -

Good to sleep with Vicks on your nose while breathing in icy cold air. And it works wonders in the aircraft when you are flying.
