Did anyone take the aeroline coach bus before?
Last week , my sis was taking the coach bus back to kl from singapore.While we reach there at 530 pm sharp , we found out that the bus is already left. According to the aeroline staff (named Fila one more girl), the bus left at 5.32pm according to their time. But when a senior staff (June Sim) came up, she said the bus will always wait for the late customer and sure will leave at 5.35pm. Then when we tell the senior staff that her junior staff said the bus was boarding by 5.32pm, and ask her where is the another 3 min gone? She stun out and start to get another rubbish words to cover again. lol
Furthermore, our time shown to us that the time we reach bus stop is 5.30pm sharp and we are not late at all!
But this is not the main thing make us damn unhappy, we are very unsatistfied their customer service. When we gone to their counter and ask whether got any solution to help us ? She list out two way of solution, First way is give us the feedback form and ask us write down the issue and waiting for refund.The second solution is buy a new ticket for another time, and filled in the feedback form ask for refund also!!!DAmn funny, right?Do you think this is call a solution ?? They never help us to solve our problem but to acquire more business for themselves.I thought the objective of aeroline want to provide a good services which is equivalent to the air flight, but end up what we get.And one more funny thing, this is the first time I had met up a customer service staff ask customer make a complaint to the media, since they are so welcome we do it, I had post it to the sg forum, so please help me spread it out and let more ppl know this is what the ***A++**customer service of aeroline.
it's common sense to reach EARLY! not late, not even sharp
if u are late, and the bus wait for u, would u open a thread to praise it?

yah man. they're at fault.
the next time you take a flight, arrive at EXACTLY at the time your flight's taking off. Not in the wrong what. you can then come here and complain about the poor service the airline provides. ;)
Lesson learnt from this incident- The world does not revolve around you. Your watch showing 5.30pm doesnt mean you're right.
Besides,
I remember reading the T&C for Aeroline, it advises the passgengers
to be at the terminal at least what, 30, 45 mins before departure?

even if you take plane flights~
u r expected 2 reach 1-2hrs b4 the flight nor~
couldn't expect whole bus to wait 4 u right?
imagine if u were on the bus & the bus waited for another passenger~ will u start a new thread 2 complained against them again? for not setting off?
