not really,
those who frequently go m'sia and always sit different company coaches maybe got complains
but i dont usually go m'sia.
i go australia, coach service there is pretty nice
the bus drivers tell jokes on the way

Australia got good service ! I plan to go there end of the year. Hope can go and see...
Malaysia coach is really got alot of bad service.
Singapore have the best service even if using their coach travel to Malaysia.

singapore coach service is okay larh. generally nothing to complain about, yet nothing great to shout about. -

I took coach from Singapore to Genting last friday, the coach i took a bit EX but the coach is good and fast. I took the coach (WTS) at 9.30pm reach Genting at 4am next day. the whole trip is comfortable at least i can sleep very.
I did get the ticket for coming back, I bought ticket from genting from different company (707). Their service is very very bad!! the whole trip never stop for Dinner!
I end up with gastric that night.
Very bad Experience for me !!
If anyone is travel there or coming back from there must buy not buy ticket from 707.
