Yesterday, after my wife and I went to Holiday Plaza to look see what's happening there, we ended up at Taman Merdeka (Independence Park). It was our first time there and we were surprised to see a Musical Fountain there on display for the public to watch and enjoy. We were there around 6pm and I think its more fantastic to watch it later in the evening. There is a small public pool for parents and children to enjoy for free. There is a free Wi-Fi too. There is no entrance fee to the park. There many people jogging, skating etcs.
MUSICAL FOUNTAIN
There is a large structure of The Royal Crown of Johor replica outside the main entrance of the Istana Bukit Serene. And there is a water fountain too. Many locals and tourists will also take photographs with two Istana Royal Guards sentry at the entrance. You can see it when you travel at Danga Bay, it's just opposite The Tropicana Condominium apartment. The best time to be there is at night when the crown and water fountain are lighted up.
Just newly came to this forum. Very informative and interesting. Drive up Malaysia lots -- esp JB. Always enjoy. Am retiring soon. . . . Thanks to prolific writers like Zulkifli and Istari - Yona
its still safe
Hi everybody.
I've heard of the Johore-Singapore Community Care Association. And I want to join her. But of late, there seems little is mentioned of her anywhere. Even their facebook is not recently updated.
Does anyone out there has dealing with her or know of someone who's member?
