A flash game to predict Singaporepools 4D

I have created a flash game (Betavrtsion) that predict 4d first prize using frequency charts. Not sure it can predict 4D first prize accurately or not. So far I didn't win any money with this method before.

Isn't the 4D completely random though? If so then frequency charts won't work.
