Did you measure the butter correctly? (When you melted for the base) And did you make sure you pressed the base evenly and firmly?

eh, the top wasn't spread evenly or was it meant to be this way..

you see, they said 40g of butter, but when i do, it seems loose, so i tried but putting alittle more butter and chill it right away for more then half an hour.firming it took me 5-7 minutes.QX, i never do properly :(
oh, you see the center why pop up right? because i just scrap down the remaining from the spoon thats why.

You melted the butter properly ma? When I pressed down I make sure I use a lot of force (use back of spoon) and I don't see any more gaps in between.
Another reason can be becos you didn't crush the biscuits enough. Too big they won't stick well. Makes it more difficult when you add the melted butter and fimr the base.

kiseki, i blended the bisuit finely. wait i think was, maybe i didnt force alittle more strength. the cheese part, i think i should put alittle more gelatine, its really smooth when reaches to mouth(my mom said so).
to me, i think, its a not good enough :((
