this is the recipe for my cookies .. i think they're butter cookies .. this is taken from a recipe book (:
Ingredients
125g butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup plain flour
1 cup self raising flour
Baking Procedure
1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy .
2. Add egg & vanilla essence & beat well .
3. Add both types of flour .
4. Sandwich the dough between 2 pieces of baking paper and roll to 5mm thick .
5. Cut out dough with cookie cutters .
6. Bake at 160 degrees C for 10-15 mins or until slightly golden . -
