got...i had the recipe by my side and i followed each step closely. but it has been a long time i baked something since my sec sch days' food & nutrition lessons. so i forgot how 'thick & fluffy' the eggs & sugar mixture should be like. after my first flop, i went to the internet to do some research then realised the eggs should be beaten til it leaves a soft peak when dropped from the whisk.Originally posted by MooKu:uh oh.
