FINALLY .
finished everyth ..

too bad i din take a pic of the cheesecake i baked on saturday..
yum yum yummy!
me and family finished up everything.
i'll bake again this Sat!
Currently I'm not using any electronic mixer.. everything has to be done manually.. tough on my hands.. so i dun think i will bake too often until i get an electronic mixer. hee hee. -

i bake cake also dun need so much time.. it's the preparation part that's troublesome and a lot of work..
once put in oven.. juz wait for time to pass by nia..
then take out cool a while and put in fridge for few hours..
then drools* ready to serve!
hehe im v happy leh, the cheesecake i baked on Sat was my second attempt, din crack, and taste really gooood!!!!

if you're wondering why they are placed in such ugly positions .. well ..
there were a hell lot of cookeis .. and i filled up 3 big plates 1 small plate and the baking tray ..
and we were too tired to be thinking about placing them nicely and .. well my friend had to go home too !
don worry i'll place them in pretty positions . take pics and post up here again -
