poor service at Kopitiam Tampines Mall !

Have you ever been to Kopitiam at Tampines Mall? Walau , mostly all the stff there is old ppl . Old ppl doesn't matter , but what is the hell the customer service they have !
Last Sunday , i went there to have my dinner with my husband. I go to order the drinks at the hot drinks counter . I accidentally short pay the old auntie 10 cents . Walau , u know what she do or not ? guess what.... she throw my money on the table very hard leh ... kanasai ,Like i dun have money to pay . Behind me still got a lot of ppl leh . Shit lah. Immediately i felt so embrassing and quiclkly throw 10 cents on the table .
Later , i told my husband about this. He is so angry leh . We deceided to complaint , so we go to see her name tag . But we can't see it clear leh, dun know is madam lum or lim . We did complain in kopitiam website , so no body turn up leh .
Lousy ...... service and customer feedback . Shit -
