   1 yr car depreciation ard $13,000 = 1 month ard $1,083 + insurance, road tax, car park $185 per month.... All add up ard $1,600 a month excluding diesel usage and ERP tolls...

  Most months, I need $3,500 just to breakeven ( including refinancing ).
