Reward offered for bra that 'flew' into flat

A resident is apparently offering a $100 reward for a bra that "flew" into someone else's flat.
STOMPer northstar saw this notice, signed off by a "Charlene", posted in a lift at Rivervale Drive Block 116C, in Sengkang.
The STOMPer said:
"I saw this post-it in the lift at Block 116C Rivervale Drive.
"Clearly it shows that the bra is indeed very precious.
"I hope that she'll get it back." -
it is probably already thrown into the dustbin and send to the inceneration plant

i think the author meant the bra cost a hundred dollars.
