I know some of my friends say that f word like nothing... I don't use them personally but I see nothing wrong with using that. But not in this circumstance when you can just politely tell them to keep quiet. It's not as if they deliberately offend her or what.

Ok. let me give me opinion of this scenario.
When i was at the bus, i feel that the girl was doing the right thing wanted to salute her. But when i went home and think again, I realise that she is at fault.
She should not have been so rude to the boys.
After all, if the boys did not do anything wrong. The scenario is at the bus. IF the scenario is at the library, very clear cut, the boys are wrong and what the girl did was right.
But now, we are at a bus. The boys got the rights to talk loudly and the girl got the rights to read her book.
But what rights does she think she have by asking ppl to shut the fuck up? At least if you say politely, its still acceptable. What rights does she think she has to ask ppl to shut up just because she wants to read her book in peaceful condition? Like that, the boys also can argue and scold her, telling her not to read the books because they want to talk. After all, this is a bus, not a library. Any rules say that bus cannot talk loudly or not?
When i went home and think, i realise this girl is very stupid.
And I just want to say something, many a times, we look at things at one side and quickly jumped into conclusion. If we analyse properly, we will see another side of the story.
Similarly in life, we should see things from different perspective.
Ok the end. bye.
FYI: Im not helping the boys or any party involved, im standing at the neutral side seeing things.
Sometimes you wonder, why can life be simpler
Still remember there is a incident when a Cook from China was on board on a Bus.. talk loudly over the hp.. a Ah Beng went over and gave him a knock-out punch ? (reported in the ST)

This one clear cut what.
Ah beng at fault. Then again what do u expect from ah beng?
You expect them to talk logic with you? They don speak logic, they speak rubbish.

One need to have basic manners in a public place, not necessary restricted to library. But I dunno how "noisy" they are to say that they lack manners. noise is okay, just be considerate towards others.
