I can say this 'cause I got another niece...this one adopted as my sis can't give birth...
'cause she n her husband dun know when the baby coming or not coming so they never prepare...never learn....

no yet...she only 3 yrs
she was an abandone child...when i first saw her.....tears in my eyes.......
so so under nourish.....eyes closed but licking everywhere 4 milk....so
tired n small, no energy to scream 4 milk, scream oso no sound .....
sigh....sad rite?....
