  Ya lor.... If tml I go to their distributer cannot change the DVD drive I settle in small claims court liao. When I open the box the warranty card also missing, the seller say is kept by the distributer one...dunno he lie or not.

  i already owned a creative stone plus amd i went there ask if got sell STONE PLUS mp3 player keychain pouch(i know there one but nvr see b4) , the asst keep saying yes , have. i dun believe him and take my STONE PLUS out let him see if correct , i ask him can open see can fits anot , he say cannot try , but sure is correct.
  
  So i gong gong go buy then my frend tell me that pouch is for stone , i went back want a refund , he refused , then i blame the asst , then the boss ask me choose something else , then ignore me , i talk to him then treat me transparent. KNN
  
  btw , creative stone mp3 pouch (package in a box sealed) , i havent open yet , am i able to exchange it at creative HQ ? i dun mind paying the remaining $$$ for that stone plus pouch

  Nah, went to one shop to get my pc fixed before, their service very good, attitude also very good. (If you don't mind the smell... )
