  tangential speed = instantaneous speed whci should be constant. so its 2*pie*2/period.
  
  energy to be inputted= additional energy for the mass to rotate at the further radius = final total energy - initial total energy.
  
  restoring force = the force thats trying to drive the pendulum/system back to equilibrium. meaning the force that acts on the mass to make it go back to the neutral position. normally the max is when the mass is "stationary". i think
