Caught by HSA for underaged smoking

  So.. yeah. I got caught. They took down my particulars and stuff. Any idea when will I get the letter and how much is the fine? I'm a first time offender.

  since you are technically a minor, they can't do anything to you in terms of charging you...

  however, since you are a minor, they will write a letter informing your folks about it while they investigate who gave you the cigarette!
