Okok i cut to the chase, today i smoke finish flick the cig butt on the floor kana approach by NEA officer. But can NEA catch for underage smoking? Or only littering? (cause according to some of my frens they only allowed to fine for littering)
Then do they give u the summon on the spot then ask you wait for letter? No chance one ah?
Then can he refer me to HSA and make me pay for the underage smoking fine also?

1) Stupidity to smoke in public given that you're underaged
2) Litter in public without checking around for plainclothes officers loitering around

See lah. Kena caught. You want to smoke underage, also must throw the filter properly mah. That time I at East Coast, my 2 underage friend smoking a the bbq pit at night, then flick cigarette. Then got 2 officer, one old guy and one butch, come stop my 2 friend. The old guy wearing some kind of uniform, with the ranks on the sleeves (eg. lance corp, private) , whereas the butch plainclothes. Lucky I not smoking that time, so I see show nia, bo pian. In about 1 - 2 weeks, they will send you a letter addressed to your PARENT to inform him of your underaged smoking. Fine will be $30 for underaged smoking. Another letter for littering, that one is $300.

sorry, a bit lost.Ok. After i flick my butt the NEA officer come and shake hand with me and congradulate me on getting arrowed. Then he take down my particulars everything say good luck have fun, everything from now on will be decided by hq.Funny thing is, he got this form. Then on the form at the top put smoking/littering. He canceled out smoking.But the form got put Offender Smoking? (yes/no)He cancel NoSo wtf am i being fined for. the guy also never say sia. -
