Cisco /Police catching litter bugs instead of NEA officers?

What is worst than NEA officers catching litter bugs...? Police officers with superman eyes, no proof, and insist you litter! Den LL they WANT your IC and straight summon base on " I SAW YOU DO IT.... thats my job here nia... you want can.....3 days later contact NEA to appeal".
Reminder to all smokers also.. if you finish your ciggs, and when throw to proper bins, make sure around the bin there is no "FRESH" ciggs if not they will insist that its yours. Even when you smoke at the correct place and did not litter. (more suay is same brand) :|
