Hospitals dont allow their patients, visitors or staff to smoke in or around their premises, isnt that too demanding? I think they should have smoking areas for patients, after all they stay there overnight.
They can't afford to allow that. By allowing that, they are slapping their own faces.

yes, to be accurate, the patients are allowed to smoke
perhaps chrisbenoit has unfortunately met some staffs who wasn't aware of smoking areas for visitors who told him there is no smoking area. or this is the so call "Play Safe" mentality of some people/staffs to tell you it's better not to do, instead of telling you "you can do that", and then if they give information wrongly, lagi kena complained
