  For those who wanna watch Arsenal TV Online, please check the followings:
  
  FIRSTLY: Go to MY PROFILE (this is positioned at the bottom of the ATVO console) and experiment with the NETWORK SETTINGS option. Select one of the four options (remember to press save) and then return to the live stream to test. Try each network option in turn untill you find the ones that gives you best performance - option 3 is recommended. Changing your console network settings may reduce buffering significantly.
  
  IF THIS DOES NOT HELP THEN: Your internet connection may not be as good as you think. If this happens once again select the MY PROFILE option in the ATVO console (positioned at the bottom of the console) and set your STREAMING RATE to 200kbps. Then press save and return to the live stream. The picture should be smaller but the buffering should stop.
  
  LOADING ISSUES: Depending on your internet connection it may take 20-40 seconds for the console to load. If you continue to see the loading message after 1 minute then please refresh your browser to try and clear any caching issues. You can do this by holding down the control button (Ctrl) on your keyboard and then pressing F5 at the same time.
