Van calls for continuity

Robin van Persie is convinced Arsene Wenger does not need to make wholesale changes at Arsenal this summer.
The Gunners came up well short in the Premiership once again, with Manchester United and Chelsea proving to be streets ahead of their nearest rivals.
Arsenal suffered from injuries to key men, but many fans have suggested Wenger needs to add some experience to his squad to complement the raft of youngsters coming through the ranks in North London.
Van Persie, who missed a sizeable chunk of the season along with Thierry Henry, is convinced Arsenal are on the cusp of mounting a challenge for honours and does not see a need to spend big this summer.
"We played some fantastic football but there was something missing with the finishing," Van Persie told the Daily Mirror. "It's hard to work out why the ball wouldn't go in.
"We have been very unlucky this season.
"I'm sure that if we keep playing the way that the boss thinks, the way most of the players think, we will be successful - maybe next year and certainly within two years, as long as we stay together." -

what arsene needs is a wide midfielder who is able to run into the box to cross/finish. the midfielders he have currently are playing very centralised and goes wide very rarely.
Defence is good wif de introduction of gallas, but still need solidifying, gallas is his prime now, hope he gets into a good partnership is toure.
Even they go to the wide areas, they do not provide quality passes into vital areas nor do they run into the box to finish.
Most of the attacks frm wide areas are from clichy n eboue, but u will see fabregas,helb,rosicky mostly outside de penalty box.
Strikers who are able to finish are still not there yet. van persie is injury prone, adebayor according to his current statistics of total shot/goals is still far far on par wif a good striker. If he have de extra cash(which is hard) i hope he go for a finisher. -

They do not need to buy new players if Arsenal is more consistent. They have a habit of underestimating mid-table sides. if they can play like how they play against top sides, it would not be a problem
