The perfect saviour said:" Son of man consent with sophia,his consort,and revealed a great androgynous light.His male name is designated ' Saviour,Begetter of all things'.His female name is designated ' All-begettress Sophia'. Some call her 'Pistis'.(Holy Spirit)
"All who come into the world,like a drop from the light,are sent by him to the world of Almighty,that they might be guarded by him.And the bond of his forgetfulness bound him by the will of Sophia,that the matter might bethrough it to the whole world in poverty,concerning his(Almighty's)arrogance and blindness and the ignorance that he was named.But I came from the places above by the will of the great light,(I)who escaped from that bond;I have cut off the work of the robbers;I have awakened that drop that was sent from sophia,that it might bear much fruit through me,and be perfected and not again be defective,but bethrough me,the great Saviour....
O ye Perfect Realm where-upon beginningless...
Beyond flawed elements of "consciousness' formless realm,form realm and physical realm...
If there is no beginning,there is no ending whereas eternal blissful peace...

Hold on to your higher center of consciousness(Holy spirit)
All these spiritual struggles trouble you only as long as you have not discovered your own [Holy spirit].As soon as you discover it,the battle is more than won.You then become sure of yr path and this takes away alot of uncertainty and tension.Afterwards the struggles become subtler but less violent and less manifest outwardly.You are then able to conduct the inner warfare with greater poise and strength.Every true struggle has its reward -

Let your mind,your senses and body vibrate with a little spiritual vibration.Then pray to Supreme Being.One great danger in spiritual life,when we follow a particular path,and condemn other true spiritual paths that we are likely to be very fanatical...it is good & blissful to acknowledge not only our particular path,but also the true teachings of other religions.( but follow one particular path only orelse you shall be in big confusion)

Another danger in spiritual life is to extremely selfish...spiritual seekers think too much of themselves....forgot about others.So it is good to pray not only for one's own welfare, but also for the welfare of all.Just as you aspire after peace,you want to attain purity,you want to attain illumination,so also pray for peace,purity and enlightenment for everybody. ' Let all people move towards the Supreme illumined.' This kind pf prayer will broaden on our mind.
This kind of prayer soothes our nerves and calm our minds.Besides expanding our consciouness to some extent,this kind of prayer is selfless...

Very probably. The medieval prophet Joaquin of Flora declared that the Age of the Father is past, the Age of the Son is passing and the Age of the Holy Spirit is approaching. The detailed interpretation of this teaching is a matter of opinion.
